Refund Policy

*In light of the current COVID-19 pandemic, all returns and exchanging of consumable products is unfortunately not possible until further notice.

We do not have a Returns Policy. Please note that exchanges/credit notes are only available on a case-by-case basis.

Unless an item is no longer in stock, we do not entertain refunds under any circumstances.
However, we understand that sometimes things don’t work out, you'll be pleased to know that we allow exchanges on a case-by-case basis and subjected to item availability.
All exchanges are to be done so within 7 working days upon receipt of items bought from whitetree-teatime.myshopify.com, please read details below carefully and contact us at o.whitetree@gmail.com.
Please note that after this duration has expired, we will not accept the return of the item & items will be returned.
Please note that in all cases of return and exchange, customers bear the shipping costs incurred in mailing the items back.
whitetree-teatime.myshopify.com will only bear postage costs incurred if we mailed the wrong item out.

with your name, order # , email and return address behind the envelope.
You will be notified by email once your return has been received and successfully processed. We will not be responsible for any lost mail during this return process.
